Richemont seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager in New York to lead full‑cycle recruitment and talent strategy for its luxury brands.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned to business priorities across Richemont’s New York organisation and affiliated maisons.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, including role definition, sourcing, assessment, offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast hiring needs, build talent pipelines and advise on market compensation and candidate fit.
- Design and implement sourcing campaigns (direct sourcing, executive search, campus relations and professional networks) to attract passive and active candidates.
- Own employer branding initiatives in the local market and collaborate with global employer brand teams to elevate Richemont’s presence among luxury talent pools.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health), optimise processes and ensure ATS data integrity and compliance with local employment law.
- Manage external search partners and vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure consistent candidate experience and brand representation throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline; advanced HR certification (e.g. SHRM, HRCI) or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in full-cycle recruitment with proven success placing mid- to senior-level professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions in a matrix environment.
- Knowledge of US hiring practices and employment law applicable to New York.
- Experience recruiting for luxury, retail, fashion, design or other consumer-facing premium brands preferred.

Typically 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with several years managing complex requisitions and partnering with senior stakeholders; prior experience within luxury goods, retail or high‑end consumer brands is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; professional HR certification preferred.
