Richemont seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern in Villars-sur-Glane, Switzerland. Join our HR team for a 6-month internship supporting recruitment and early-career programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of interns across multiple Swiss sites, coordinating all business functions and supporting hiring managers from brief through offer and selection
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on role briefing, candidate selection, interview coordination, and offer execution
  • Identify and leverage optimal sourcing channels tailored to business needs, location, and hiring volume
  • Define selection criteria customized to each recruitment area and build proactive talent pipelines based on anticipated hiring cycles
  • Coordinate Group representation at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives in partnership with schools and universities
  • Participate in end-of-internship evaluations and ensure effective candidate follow-up for early-career talent
  • Design and enhance the candidate experience for early talent across pre-internship, during, and post-internship phases
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of Group early-career strategy and related initiatives

Qualifications

  • Final-year bachelor or master's student in human resources, business administration, or related discipline
  • Active internship agreement (convention) with accredited school or university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data handling and PowerPoint for presentations
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • First experience in HR, recruitment, or project management
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Workday
