Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate communications
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience in HR, recruitment, or related administrative roles preferred; internship or student project experience in talent acquisition is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
