Richemont seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern in Singapore to support recruitment, candidate sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support candidate generation through research, relationship building, LinkedIn searches, and proactive candidate database management
- Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for multiple active searches
- Serve as a Richemont ambassador to attract, engage, and connect with candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates, the TA team, and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate information and data in internal systems, databases, and tracking tools
- Represent Richemont and its Maisons at external employer branding events and university partnerships to reach internship and fresh graduate candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or currently pursuing
- Strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage data analytics tools
- Strong research skills and knowledge of social media platforms
- Demonstrated collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; strong academic background in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in a related discipline.
