Richemont is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern in Amsterdam for Benelux & Nordics recruitment. Internship role with Richemont based in Amsterdam.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment for roles across the Benelux and Nordics: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the ATS and ensure accurate recruitment reporting for local HR partners.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews and assessment activities, liaising with hiring managers and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to employer-branding initiatives and campus or local attraction events in assigned markets.
- Prepare candidate shortlists, draft interview briefs and assist in offer administration and onboarding tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages (Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) an advantage.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential candidate and business information.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities across multiple markets.
Skills
Experience
Prior exposure to recruitment, HR or talent-related activities through internships, part-time roles or university projects is preferred. Experience coordinating interviews or supporting hiring processes across multiple countries is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or comparable field.
