Talent Acquisition & HR Projects Intern at Richemont, Bellevue. Support recruitment and HR initiatives across Switzerland for a 6-month internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for intern positions in Switzerland across support functions (Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, etc.), including needs definition, candidate sourcing, and pre-selection
- Organize and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Provide follow-up communication to both managers and candidates until hiring completion
- Actively participate in organizing recruitment events in collaboration with Richemont Group and partner schools
- Represent Richemont at career fairs and networking events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and universities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internship program and Early Career Management strategy
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent qualification
- First experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment or project management (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Proactive and organized approach with strong sense of service and initiative
Skills
Experience
First experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment or project management, is advantageous. Demonstrable experience in supporting HR functions or candidate management is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a master's degree or equivalent qualification.
