Role & Responsibilities
- Support full recruitment lifecycle activities including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for corporate and retail roles.
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications; manage scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and candidate records to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Draft and post job advertisements, assist with employer‑branding initiatives and campus recruitment events.
- Prepare regular recruitment metrics and status reports for Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team, including reference checks and offer documentation preparation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional demeanour and ability to liaise effectively with hiring managers across functions.
- Previous internship or coursework in recruitment, HR or related fields is preferred.

Experience
Previous internship or project experience in recruitment, human resources or a people‑facing administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with an ATS and candidate sourcing tools is advantageous.
