Richemont seeks a university student for a six-month Talent Acquisition internship starting in February 2027, based in Amsterdam and covering the European region. The intern will learn full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing and relationship management, support talent pipeline development and university initiatives, and apply a diversity and inclusion perspective. Enrollment at a university for the entire internship is required; the internship is paid and includes commuting allowance reimbursement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn the full-cycle Talent Acquisition process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition community.
- Collaborate with and support Talent Acquisition Partners and the business in building pipelines of future talent across the wider Talent Acquisition community.
- Complete training in procedures, tools and practices.
- Learn effective headhunting methods and candidate relationship management to expand talent networks and represent the organization.
- Apply a diversity and inclusion lens to talent activities to identify exceptional talent while mitigating bias.
- Support Talent Acquisition experts in expanding talent pools, addressing future business needs and anticipating upcoming roles.
- Support university and school initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in a university programme for the entire six-month internship.
- Fluent in English, and German and/or Italian.
