Richemont is hiring a Talent Acquisition Europe Intern in Amsterdam to support sourcing, campus recruiting and TA operations for European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle for Europe: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and offer administration.
  • Source and engage talent via LinkedIn, job boards and university channels to build pipelines for commercial, retail and corporate roles.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate records; ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR.
  • Coordinate campus and early‑careers programmes, including event logistics, outreach and on‑campus assessments.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics, weekly dashboards and reports for Talent Acquisition leads and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with regional HR business partners and hiring managers to manage candidate communications and interview feedback.
  • Contribute to employer‑branding activities and recruitment marketing content for European markets.
  • Support ad‑hoc HR projects related to diversity & inclusion, process improvement and candidate experience initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder calendars simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; professional telephone manner for candidate engagement.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to protecting candidate data and confidentiality (GDPR awareness).
  • Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset with a service orientation toward hiring managers and candidates.
  • Available to work on‑site in Amsterdam for the duration of the internship period as required.

Experience
