Richemont is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Seoul for a 1-year contract. Join the group's HR team to support recruitment and onboarding.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics for APAC and local hiring: manage interview scheduling, candidate communications and travel arrangements where required.
  • Support sourcing activities including CV screening, candidate pipelining and outreach in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Administer the Applicant Tracking System and ensure candidate records, status updates and requisitions are accurate and audit-ready.
  • Prepare recruitment documentation: interview briefs, offer letters, contract paperwork and background-check coordination in line with local regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding tasks for new hires (pre-boarding communications, paperwork tracking, first-day planning) and liaise with HR and local operations teams.
  • Generate regular recruitment metrics and reports to monitor time-to-fill, pipeline health and team KPIs; propose administrative process improvements.
  • Act as a local point of contact for candidate queries and represent the employer brand at campus or industry events when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination; exposure to high-volume or corporate recruitment environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with local employment legislation and standard HR practices in South Korea is an advantage.

Experience
