Richemont Talent Acquisition & Management Intern in Geneva – support recruitment and talent management initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by identifying, screening, and evaluating candidates across various business functions
- Assist in coordinating interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication throughout the hiring pipeline
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategy development and implementation for key recruitment initiatives
- Participate in employer branding activities and talent acquisition events to enhance candidate engagement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding candidate and company information

Experience
Candidates should have relevant coursework, projects, or internship experience in human resources, recruitment, or talent management. Any previous exposure to recruitment processes or HR functions would be advantageous.
