Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction of bespoke tailored garments under master tailor supervision
- Learn and apply traditional hand-stitching, seaming, and finishing techniques
- Support the preparation and management of patterns and garment components
- Participate in fitting sessions and garment alterations
- Maintain workshop organization, tools, and quality control standards
- Contribute to the development of technical tailoring skills through structured training
