Richemont seeks a Sustainability Transformation Analyst Intern in Bellevue to support ESG initiatives and business transformation projects within the luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability and ESG-related data across the Richemont group
- Support the design and implementation of sustainability transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Conduct research on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging sustainability trends in the luxury sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess sustainability risks and opportunities
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports to support sustainability strategy development and stakeholder communication
- Monitor progress on sustainability projects and maintain detailed project tracking records
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's degree programme in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability, environmental responsibility, and corporate social responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment
