Richemont Sustainability Transformation Analyst Intern, Bellevue. Support non-financial reporting and ESG compliance in luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the Richemont Non-Financial Reporting Framework, ensuring alignment with GRI and other relevant standards
- Support ESRS gap assessment and formalisation of improvement plans
- Conduct critical review of GRI disclosures and update required documentation such as GRI Index and Basis of Preparation
- Review and benchmark regulatory requirements including CSRD compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely non-financial reporting
- Support collection and analysis of non-financial information, conducting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools, including digital solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Economics, or related field
- Knowledge of GRI, CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy frameworks
- Fluent in English; good knowledge of French preferred
- Strong detail orientation and analytical capabilities
- Good command of Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder initiatives preferred

Previous first experience in corporate sustainability preferred; demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Education
Master's degree in Sustainability, Economics, or related field.
