Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the development, implementation, and oversight of end-of-life and waste management solutions across Richemont's regional Maisons
• Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement circular economy and resource efficiency improvements
• Develop internal stakeholder engagement and external vendor training materials aligned with Group standards and Non-Financial Reporting principles
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to circularity and end-of-life management
• Develop and execute ESG data collection plans from internal departments and external sources across all regional markets
• Prepare and contribute to regional sustainability reports ensuring alignment with GRI, SASB, IFRS, TCFD, and other recognized frameworks
• Assist with the implementation of sustainability strategies and programs across all markets, conducting impact risk assessments, gap analyses, and audit response planning
• Partner with Maisons and stakeholders to adhere to certification audits including SMETA and Responsible Jewelry Council
• Develop training curricula on sustainability for diverse audiences and support Maisons in team development
• Monitor emerging regional reporting trends and standards, communicating relevant topics to stakeholders across all organizational levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in environment, sustainability, business strategy, or operations
• 5+ years of experience in corporate ESG and sustainability strategy, standards, regulations, and non-financial reporting with focus on circular economy principles
• Proven experience working in matrix organizations
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of product lifecycle assessment (LCA) and end-of-life processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of sustainability practices, trends, applicable laws, and regulations
• Knowledge of GRI, CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), TCFD, Science Based Targets (SBTi), and emerging sustainability frameworks
• Project management skills to drive operational performance and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements
• Strong research and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding of SAP solutions and sustainability reporting platforms

Skills

Experience

5+ years of professional experience in corporate ESG and sustainability strategy, standards, regulations, and non-financial reporting, with demonstrated expertise in circular economy principles and end-of-life management solutions. Experience working in matrix organizations and managing complex cross-functional projects within large, multinational enterprises is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree required, ideally in environment, sustainability, business strategy, operations, or a related field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
