Richemont is hiring a Sustainability Excellence Specialist in Bellevue, Switzerland to lead ESG reporting, supplier engagement and sustainability performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of group-level sustainability initiatives and continuous-improvement programs to elevate environmental and social performance across brands and supply chains.
- Collect, validate and analyse ESG data; prepare consolidated sustainability disclosures and submissions aligned with recognised frameworks (GRI, CDP, TCFD/ISSB, SBTi).
- Develop and monitor KPIs and scorecards to measure progress on emissions, resource consumption, circularity, and supplier compliance; propose corrective actions and track outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional working groups (sourcing, product, operations, legal, finance) to translate sustainability targets into operational plans and product-level requirements.
- Manage supplier engagement and due-diligence activities, including supplier audits, questionnaires and improvement plans to ensure adherence to environmental and social standards.
- Support internal capability building through targeted training, tool deployment and stakeholder communications to embed best practices across the organisation.
- Prepare materials for senior leadership, external auditors and sustainability ratings agencies; support disclosure reviews and third-party assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, supply-chain management or a closely related discipline; a master's degree is advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (GRI Standards, CDP, TCFD/ISSB, SBTi) and experience applying them in a corporate context.
- Proven ability to produce accurate, auditable ESG data and to design KPIs and dashboards for performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience driving cross-functional change programs.
- Analytical rigour and advanced proficiency with data tools for analysis and reporting.

Experience
Typically 3–6 years in sustainability, ESG reporting, environmental management or supplier sustainability programs; experience within luxury goods, manufacturing, retail or complex supply chains is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, supply-chain management or a related field; master's degree or professional certification in sustainability preferred.
