Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities with internal brands, suppliers and external partners.
- Collect, validate and consolidate sustainability data for internal trackers and management reporting.
- Draft clear, brand-aligned communications — presentations, newsletters and briefing notes — for sustainability initiatives and events.
- Conduct desk research on sustainability trends, benchmarks and best practices relevant to the luxury value chain.
- Assist in preparing materials for sustainability reporting and disclosure processes, and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, trainings and meetings with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Track and update project timelines, deliverables and key performance indicators for assigned programmes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in sustainability, environmental science, corporate responsibility, business, communications or a closely related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, professional materials.
- Analytical aptitude with experience handling quantitative data and preparing summary tables or charts.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Discretion and professional judgement when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information.
- Interest in luxury goods, supply-chain sustainability and circularity concepts.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in sustainability, CSR, corporate communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable involvement in research, reporting, or stakeholder coordination will be considered an asset.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, corporate responsibility, business, communications or a related discipline.
