Richemont is hiring a Sustainability Engagement Intern in Bellevue, Switzerland to support CSR programmes, stakeholder engagement and sustainability reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities with internal brands, suppliers and external partners.
  • Collect, validate and consolidate sustainability data for internal trackers and management reporting.
  • Draft clear, brand-aligned communications — presentations, newsletters and briefing notes — for sustainability initiatives and events.
  • Conduct desk research on sustainability trends, benchmarks and best practices relevant to the luxury value chain.
  • Assist in preparing materials for sustainability reporting and disclosure processes, and maintain related documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, trainings and meetings with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Track and update project timelines, deliverables and key performance indicators for assigned programmes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in sustainability, environmental science, corporate responsibility, business, communications or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, professional materials.
  • Analytical aptitude with experience handling quantitative data and preparing summary tables or charts.
  • Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Discretion and professional judgement when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information.
  • Interest in luxury goods, supply-chain sustainability and circularity concepts.

Experience

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, corporate responsibility, business, communications or a related discipline.
