Richemont is seeking a Supporting Technician Intern in Singapore to provide technical support and assist with IT infrastructure maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance assistance to end-users across the organization
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues under the guidance of senior technicians
- Document technical problems and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and equipment deployment
- Support the IT help desk during business hours and contribute to service desk operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and technical aptitude
