About Richemont
Richemont is a Switzerland‑based luxury goods holding group composed of maisons renowned for watchmaking, jewellery and leather goods, including globally recognised names across horology and high jewelry. As an employer, Richemont combines artisanal heritage with international distribution and a matrix organisation that requires cross‑border coordination across commercial, production and logistics teams.
Richemont is hiring a Supply Planner EMEA in Paris. Lead regional demand-to-supply planning, S&OP inputs and inventory optimisation for the EMEA region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the end‑to‑end supply plan for EMEA across owned and wholesale channels, aligning supply with demand forecasts and commercial priorities.
- Translate sales forecasts into replenishment plans and production requirements, optimising inventory while protecting service levels and sell‑through.
- Coordinate with demand planners, manufacturing, procurement, logistics providers and regional commercial teams to manage lead times, allocations and exceptions.
- Drive the regional S&OP process inputs: produce scenario analysis, propose mitigations for constraints and present trade‑offs to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report key planning KPIs (service level, inventory days, stock cover, forecast accuracy) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage product introductions, phase‑outs and promotional flows to ensure smooth transitions and avoid stock imbalances.
- Investigate and resolve supply discrepancies, expedite critical orders and maintain accurate planning records in the ERP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, engineering or business; advanced degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of demand planning, replenishment logic, inventory optimisation and S&OP governance.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience manipulating large datasets to produce actionable plans.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, operations and external logistics partners in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under competing deadlines and manage exceptions.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–6 years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning or inventory management, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, watches or fast‑moving consumer goods, with exposure to multi‑country EMEA operations and S&OP cycles.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, industrial engineering or business; a master’s or supply‑chain certification is an advantage.
Workplace
This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
Culture
Richemont fosters a culture that balances craftsmanship and commercial rigour, valuing precision, discretion and long‑term brand stewardship. Teams operate collaboratively across borders, with an emphasis on quality, respect for heritage and continuous operational excellence.
