Role & Responsibilities

• Audit existing Power BI reporting systems and challenge current performance indicators (KPIs) with cross-functional teams across multiple manufacturing facilities
• Lead harmonisation and convergence of supply chain KPIs to establish standardised metrics across all production sites
• Identify, structure, and ensure quality of common data required to feed future reporting dashboards in collaboration with Master Data teams
• Participate in design workshops to translate Supply Chain business requirements into functional specifications and user interface prototypes
• Conduct testing phases to guarantee accuracy and reliability of data outputs in the Looker environment
• Design, finalise, and deploy final dashboards and reporting tools within the Looker platform
• Support change management and user adoption through documentation, training guides, and demo sessions
• Map current inventory management practices across manufacturing poles and define common standards for work-in-progress and precious materials (gold stock) modelling
• Integrate financial control constraints and align with accounting standards to establish shared, standardised inventory models
• Benchmark supply chain practices across multiple manufacturing poles through stakeholder interviews and documentation analysis
• Formalise and document key procurement processes and operational procedures with a focus on clarity and accessibility
• Participate in disseminating new practices within the Supply Chain community, including co-facilitating training sessions

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering or business school programme with specialisation in Supply Chain or Procurement
• Significant prior internship or professional experience in supply chain, demonstrating familiarity with flow management and/or inventory management challenges
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or Looker
• Knowledge of information systems and enterprise software environments (preferred)
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical capability and attention to detail
• Capacity to mobilise teams and facilitate alignment across stakeholders

Experience

At least one significant prior internship or professional experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement functions, with demonstrated exposure to workflow analysis and inventory management challenges.

Education

Currently enrolled in an engineering school or business school programme, ideally with specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
