Cartier (Richemont) seeks a Supply Chain Solutions Engineer Intern in Villars-sur-Glane to develop Pega workflows and optimize supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable Pega workflows through comprehensive requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and detailed design documentation
- Conduct thorough business case definition and process optimization analysis to identify automation opportunities and non-value-added activities
- Implement and test Pega applications adhering to software engineering best practices, version control standards, and continuous integration protocols
- Develop and deliver comprehensive user documentation and training materials to support system adoption across the organization
- Monitor and evaluate solution performance, identifying areas for refinement and iterating on implementations based on operational feedback
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across supply chain and departmental functions, proactively communicating project updates and progress
- Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in clear, structured formats
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of engineering school specializing in Supply Chain or related scientific discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency in BI tools, data architecture, and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Hands-on familiarity with low-code application platforms (Power Automate, Salesforce, or Pega preferred)
- Solid understanding of modern front-end and web development technologies (CSS, React, JavaScript preferred)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and practical experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools
- Fluency in both French and English
- Excellent communication capabilities across technical and non-technical audiences

Experience
Active pursuit of supply chain or scientific engineering qualification with practical interest in digital transformation and process automation. Proactive mindset with demonstrated curiosity about low-code platforms and workflow automation solutions.
Education
Currently in final year of engineering school, specializing in Supply Chain or equivalent scientific discipline.
