Cartier seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager for Fragrance operations in Paris, managing procurement planning and supplier relationships across luxury perfume portfolios.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute component procurement retroplannings aligned with marketing and development briefs, ensuring optimal service levels and cost efficiency across the supply chain
  • Determine procurement parameters including order modes, call-offs, delayed differentiation strategies, and waste management targets to minimize destructions
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including critical component sourcing, safety stock optimization, and scheduling reservations to prevent stockouts
  • Monitor order portfolio adherence to delivery schedules and packaging requirements, with accountability for on-time performance
  • Anticipate challenges, analyze impacts, and implement corrective actions to resolve supply disruptions and operational issues
  • Manage primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging portfolios, ensuring compliance with specifications and inventory governance at subcontracting sites
  • Provide stakeholders visibility into firm orders and forecasts through 20/80 demand planning methodology
  • Develop and optimize supply chain processes and tools that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and consolidate portfolio management
  • Build durable partnerships with Industrial Direction, Cartier Operations, Finance, and suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing
  • Participate in key supply chain governance forums including Master Production Schedule reviews and Performance reviews in partnership with Finance
  • Leverage supply chain KPIs and data analytics to monitor portfolio performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Manage project data governance in SAP and PLM systems for launches and active ranges, emerging as a Fragrance Business Expert and Key User for SAP

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent from an engineering school with Supply Chain specialization
  • Proficiency with Excel including advanced functions and formulas
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning, procurement operations, or demand management
  • Knowledge of SAP, SBN (SAP Business Network), Power BI, Anaplan, or Looker is highly valued
  • Experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or consumer goods manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with capacity to manage complex trade-offs
