Role & Responsibilities
- Own the planning 'product' within the ERP/APS landscape: define requirements, configure solutions and manage the roadmap for planning tools and modules.
- Translate business needs from merchandising, production and procurement into technical and functional specifications for SAP IBP/S4HANA and advanced planning systems.
- Support and drive S&OP processes: consolidate demand plans, perform supply/demand balancing and facilitate monthly S&OP governance.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, inventory optimisation rules and replenishment policies to improve service levels and reduce working capital.
- Deliver operational reporting and KPI dashboards; produce root-cause analyses and action plans to address under-performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional change initiatives, run tests and deployments, and prepare end-user documentation and training materials.
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery and post-go-live support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or specialised certification preferred.
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in supply chain planning, demand planning or inventory management within retail, luxury goods or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience with S&OP processes and translating business requirements into planning-system configurations.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience across multifunctional teams.
- Excellent analytical capability with a demonstrable track record of improving planning KPIs (OTIF, days of inventory, forecast accuracy).

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive responsibility in demand planning, supply planning or inventory optimisation, preferably within luxury retail, watches/jewellery or fast-moving consumer goods. Demonstrable experience implementing or configuring planning solutions (SAP IBP, S/4HANA or APS) and participating in S&OP cycles.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent; master’s degree or professional supply chain certification advantageous.
