Role & Responsibilities

• Support spare parts distribution to EMEIA repair platforms, boutiques, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop and improve existing KPIs in collaboration with Richemont subsidiaries and Maisons, providing insights into spare parts operations.
• Optimize stock management to achieve a best-in-class assortment, minimize shortages, and maximize availability.
• Develop initiatives to improve performance and reduce workload by automating IT flows or improving physical-flow procedures.
• Coordinate closely with European Spare Parts Coordinators to ensure effective communication and coordination across the region.
• Map tasks and procedures, identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university program for the full six-month internship.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision-making through forecasting, reporting, and analysis using Excel.
• Ability and eagerness to create impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels.
• Agile, organized, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Customer-service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional support.
