Richemont in Amsterdam seeks a Supply Chain Performance Intern to support KPI reporting, dashboards and continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and consolidation of supply chain KPIs and monthly performance reports for operational and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations to track inventory, service levels, lead times and key operational metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses to identify root causes of performance variances and propose actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement, planning, logistics and warehouse teams to collect data, validate metrics and standardise reporting definitions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by mapping processes, tracking improvement projects and documenting best practices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience in data manipulation and reporting through coursework, projects or prior internships.
- Proven ability to structure problems, synthesise findings and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, organisational discipline and the capacity to work across cross-functional teams.

Experience
Internship-appropriate experience: coursework or project work in supply chain analytics, operations or logistics; previous internships or practical projects in data analysis, reporting or ERP systems considered an advantage.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Logistics or a related field.
