Richemont seeks Supply Chain Operations Specialist for spare parts inventory management at Tokyo Customer Service Centre. Full-time role supporting luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of watch, jewelry, and accessory spare parts, including stock monitoring and reconciliation
- Pick and match spare parts to repair orders with precision and accuracy
- Create, update, replenish, and order repair parts kits (kit boxes) as required
- Process and track incoming parts from overseas suppliers, including quality control, shelving, and system posting
- Handle spare parts sales inquiries, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and variance analysis
- Train temporary staffing (ETS) on parts handling and inventory procedures
- Execute system operations and data management tasks in support of supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
- Demonstrated warehouse inbound/outbound operations experience, preferably with small components or electronic parts
- Fluent in Japanese at native level (required)
- Four-year university degree or equivalent educational background
- Business-level English writing proficiency (preferred)
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships and clear communication across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with capacity to propose and execute improvements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions (IF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with SAP enterprise resource planning (preferred)
- Manual dexterity and comfort with precision work using fine tools such as tweezers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedule effectively, and adapt to changing demands

Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with demonstrated expertise in warehouse inbound and outbound operations, preferably involving the handling of small components or electronic parts. Background in luxury goods or high-end product repair environments is advantageous.
Education
Four-year university degree or equivalent educational qualification required.
