Van Cleef & Arpels Supply Chain Manager position in Paris — lead procurement operations for luxury jewelry production with SAP expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee procurement activities across three specialty centers (Stones, Jewelry, and High Jewelry), managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partner suppliers
- Lead and develop procurement team members, ensuring skill enhancement, cross-functional capability building, and achievement of departmental objectives
- Implement and monitor planning and activity tracking tools through key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all procurement process matters, guaranteeing adherence to business and system procedures
- Participate in strategic projects involving supply chain optimization, including digital tool deployment across the maison ecosystem and partner networks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to manage by objectives with meticulous process execution and follow-through
- Experience managing supplier relationships across diverse organizations and scales
- Excellent interpersonal skills with capacity for close, effective collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers
- Strong proficiency with business software and IT systems
- SAP experience preferred
