Van Cleef & Arpels Lyon seeks Supply Chain Manager to lead manufacturing operations and precious materials management in luxury jewelry production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all managerial processes within the supply chain team, mentoring collaborators through skills development and career progression
- Oversee short and medium-term planning, procurement of precious and non-precious materials, and internal logistics operations
- Participate in workshop budget construction and manage product allocation by production capacity
- Plan and launch manufacturing orders in production, assigning them to workshops and external partners
- Support production teams to meet delivery objectives and establish activity reporting to ensure service levels and capacity-load alignment
- Guarantee logistics flows, stock replenishment, and inventory management across the manufacturing facility
- Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships and implement performance monitoring reporting
- Ensure data quality standards for supply chain systems and information management
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations roles
- Advanced proficiency with SAP and business intelligence (BI) tools
