Supply Chain Knowledge Management Intern at Richemont in Villars sur Glâne, Switzerland. Support luxury supply chain documentation and knowledge platform development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work within the Group Supply Chain Execution team to enrich the new Supply Chain Knowledge platform for Watch and Jewelry Maisons
- Interact directly with Maisons to build the appropriate approach for publishing and enhancing Group Operating Model knowledge
- Ensure Watch & Jewelry business continuity through structured knowledge documentation and accessibility
- Participate in ongoing documentation projects to capitalize on existing documentation and facilitate knowledge dissemination across Group Supply Chain actors
- Deliver documentation within appropriate tools and validate key processes with Maisons and expert teams
- Support final publication on the knowledge platform and drive user adoption of the enhanced documentation system
Qualifications
- Strong desire to explore end-to-end Supply Chain business models, procedures, and best practices
- Demonstrated aptence for detailed process mapping and associated tools
- Excellent soft skills for cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain departments, IT teams, and Group technical experts
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple Maisons
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience or demonstrated experience in supply chain operations, process documentation, or knowledge management preferred; exposure to luxury industry supply chain environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; current enrollment in a relevant program or recent graduate status is acceptable for internship consideration.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Villars-sur-Glâne, Fribourg, Switzerland, with easy access to Fribourg.
