Richemont seeks a Supply Chain Knowledge Management Specialist in Villars sur Glâne, Switzerland to optimize SharePoint platform solutions for luxury supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Automate data updates based on existing external data sources within the SharePoint platform
- Improve and simplify governance frameworks implemented on the platform
- Analyze and define potential implementation of audience targeting based on platform product landscape
- Enhance and simplify user experience globally across the platform
- Apply engineering best practices to platform analysis and solution proposals
- Provide strategic perspective and improvement proposals for the platform within the supply chain ecosystem
- Communicate technical work and progress to Supply Chain stakeholders across regions and markets
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture
- Knowledge of native SharePoint functionalities, permissions, and security management
- Knowledge of SharePoint search configuration and optimization
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Skybow, and Microsoft 365 groups
- Proficiency with SharePoint Framework and modern web development (JavaScript required)
- Fluency in French and English
Skills
Experience
Experience with SharePoint platform architecture, governance, and optimization in a complex, multi-regional environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience in SharePoint development and administration.

The successful candidate will be located in Villars-sur-Glâne, Fribourg, Switzerland, with easy access to Fribourg.
