Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day supply chain operations including order processing, shipment tracking and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyse stock, demand and sales data to identify trends, variances and replenishment needs.
- Maintain and update ERP/master data (SKU, lead-times, location allocations) and support data integrity initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers, 3PL partners and internal stakeholders to expedite deliveries and resolve logistical issues.
- Produce regular KPI reports and dashboards for planning and inventory teams and contribute to process-improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data visualisation tools is advantageous.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience
Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning or operations is preferred but not required; academic project work demonstrating analytical or process-orientated capability will be considered.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business or a related discipline.
