Role & Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve supply chain and production processes to increase efficiency, reduce lead times and protect product quality across watchmaking and high-value manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects with procurement, planning, production, quality and logistics to resolve bottlenecks and align material flows with demand forecasts.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor inventory, service levels, on‑time delivery and capacity utilisation; present findings and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Support ERP and supply chain systems initiatives (requirements, testing, data validation and roll‑out), ensuring integration with planning and manufacturing modules.
• Perform root-cause analysis and apply Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to reduce waste, variance and non‑conformances in production and logistics.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve inbound quality, lead times and visibility; contribute to supplier selection and performance evaluation.
• Prepare technical and commercial documentation for continuous improvement projects, capital investments and process standardisation.
• Provide hands‑on support on the shop floor as required to validate solutions and ensure sustainable adoption of process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a closely related discipline; a master's degree is advantageous.
• Proven experience (typically 3–7 years) in supply chain, manufacturing engineering or operations improvement roles—experience in luxury goods, watchmaking or precision manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrable track record of leading cross‑functional projects and delivering measurable process improvements.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience building and interpreting KPI dashboards and conducting root‑cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain modules; experience in system implementation or configuration is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.

Mid‑level professional with approximately 3–7 years of experience in supply chain, production engineering or operations improvement; prior exposure to manufacturing or precision assembly environments is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; master's degree preferred.
