Richemont is hiring a Supply Chain Due Diligence Specialist in Hamburg to lead supplier due diligence, risk assessments and remediation across its supply chains.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute supplier due diligence and risk-assessment programmes across direct and indirect supply chains.
- Conduct supplier investigations, data collection and on-site or remote audits to evaluate ESG, human-rights and compliance risks.
- Analyse findings, prepare risk reports and recommend remediation actions; track corrective-action plans to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, legal, sustainability, quality and regional teams to implement due-diligence outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance due-diligence tools, processes and supplier monitoring KPIs to ensure alignment with internal policy and external regulatory requirements.
- Support integration of third-party data sources and screening tools, and deliver training to internal teams and suppliers on due-diligence expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, sustainability, business, law or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrable experience conducting supplier due diligence, risk assessments or supplier audits within complex international supply chains (preferably in luxury, retail or consumer goods).
- Knowledge of international responsible-sourcing frameworks and standards (e.g., UN Guiding Principles, OECD Guidelines) and familiarity with supply chain regulatory landscapes.
- Strong analytical ability, report-writing skills and experience translating audit findings into pragmatic remediation plans.
- Proven stakeholder management and project coordination skills across multi-disciplinary and multi-geography teams.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supplier due diligence, supply chain compliance, sustainability or supplier audit roles; experience within luxury goods, retail or consumer goods supply chains preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, sustainability, business, law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
