Supply Chain & Operations Data Intern at Richemont, Plan-les-Ouates. 12-month internship supporting data analytics and reporting systems transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Power BI and Looker dashboards, transforming complex operational data into clear, actionable insights
- Collect, validate, and manage data to identify trends, anomalies, and operational risks across supply chain and manufacturing metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and manage expectations while delivering quality solutions on schedule
- Maintain rigorous standards for data accuracy and integrity through validation processes, documentation of reporting logic, and adherence to internal governance policies
- Identify process inefficiencies through data analysis and develop recommendations to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
- Communicate complex insights to diverse audiences through compelling data visualizations and clear narratives that enable informed decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated understanding of reporting and analytics processes with a focus on supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
- Proficiency with advanced analytics tools including Power BI, Looker, SQL, and data modelling; familiarity with BigQuery, SAP, or other ERP systems is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and French
- Positive attitude and growth mindset with strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail
Skills
Experience
Master's degree holders or those with equivalent professional experience in data analytics, particularly within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments, are expected to have foundational knowledge of reporting and analytics processes.
Education
Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
