Supply Chain Business Analyst at Richemont, Lisbon, Portugal. Lead SAP supply chain execution design and deployment for luxury Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support supply chain execution solutions aligned with Agile practices and product roadmaps
- Analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions for distribution, manufacturing, and wholesale processes
- Serve as primary liaison for integration initiatives across technology and business teams
- Advise business users on system optimization, scaling, and updates that drive operational efficiency and business value
- Conduct hands-on project execution on SAP supply chain modules, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to architecture guidelines
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing technical consultation to maintain solution excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong technical foundation
- More than 8 years of professional experience with SAP SD/MM in consulting or supply chain execution environments
- Proven hands-on project experience delivering SAP supply chain implementations (distribution and manufacturing)
- Deep expertise in SAP SD and MM with integration knowledge of LE, FI-CO, ALE, EDI, MDG, XI monitoring, FSCM, consignment management, STO (intracompany and intercompany), intercompany billing, pricing, batch and serial number management, ATP and allocation, and S/4 experience
- Proficiency in ABAP reading and basic debugging capabilities
- Strong grasp of architecture design principles and integration technologies (synchronous and asynchronous APIs, enterprise messaging)
- Fluent in English; French language proficiency is advantageous
- Willingness to travel for project engagements and stakeholder collaboration

More than 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP supply chain projects, ideally with a consulting background. The candidate should demonstrate comprehensive expertise in supply chain execution environments, both from IT and operational perspectives, with substantial experience implementing and supporting SAP SD/MM modules in complex, multi-entity environments such as those found in luxury goods distribution and manufacturing.
Education
Master's degree or engineering qualification with strong technical foundation required.
