Vacheron Constantin seeks a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, to drive quality excellence across its luxury watchmaking supply chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and animate Vacheron Constantin's quality management system across the supplier network, ensuring adherence to the maison's exacting standards
- Guarantee product compliance across all phases, from initial prototype validation to serial production
- Create and optimize reception control and inspection protocols to maintain product integrity
- Provide technical support to production workshops regarding purchased component defects and non-conformities
- Drive, monitor, and validate supplier corrective action plans and supplier advancement initiatives, verifying their relevance and implementation
- Conduct quality audits of products and manufacturing processes at supplier facilities
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Proven proficiency with measurement instruments and quality assurance methodologies
- Expert knowledge of problem-solving frameworks, quality tools, and project management processes
- Demonstrated communication excellence with internal teams and external suppliers
- Advanced proficiency in office software and productivity applications
- Fluent French and professional English language capabilities

Experience
Successful background as a Quality Technician or Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience within a watchmaking manufacture is highly valued and demonstrates alignment with the maison's specialized expertise.
Education
