Richemont seeks a Supervisor in Yongin, South Korea to lead boutique operations, sales and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, train and appraise staff; manage daily rostering, shift coordination and staff development.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand visual and merchandising standards within the boutique.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock transfers, stocktakes and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage cash handling, reconciliations and point-of-sale operations in compliance with company policy.
- Report sales performance, clienteling metrics and operational issues to the store manager or regional leadership.
- Implement brand initiatives, launches and promotional activities locally while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in premium or luxury retail; track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-development skills with the ability to coach front-line advisors.
- Excellent client service and clienteling capabilities; attentive to high-touch, personalised service standards.
- Good numeracy and organisational skills; experience with inventory control and cash procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.

Experience
Several years of retail experience within premium or luxury brands, including demonstrated supervisory responsibility on the sales floor and direct team management.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or diploma in retail, hospitality or business management preferred.
