Richemont Alaia Supervisor position in Seoul, Korea. Lead boutique operations, achieve sales targets, and drive luxury customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets and oversee revenue performance
- Develop and execute customer management strategies aligned with boutique objectives
- Support implementation of initiatives to enhance overall customer experience quality
- Conduct strategic clienteling activities to acquire and retain high-value customers
- Coach and manage team members in collaboration with store management
- Maintain the highest standards of store operations and environment according to Maison guidelines
- Manage inventory efficiently and oversee product movement
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience including luxury brand exposure
- Deep understanding of fashion and merchandise with strong styling capabilities
