Richemont seeks an experienced Supervisor for Alaia, the Parisian fashion Maison established by legendary couturier Azzedine Alaïa. This role leads store operations, drives sales performance, and manages strategic customer relationships in Seoul. The successful candidate will oversee team coaching, ensure operational excellence according to Maison standards, and execute clienteling initiatives to build a loyal customer base of influential patrons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets and oversee revenue performance
- Develop and execute customer management strategies aligned with boutique objectives
- Support implementation of initiatives to enhance overall customer experience quality
- Conduct strategic clienteling activities to acquire and retain high-value customers
