Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and service excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Qualifications
