Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets for the store location
- Develop and execute client management strategies aligned with boutique positioning and Alaïa brand values
- Design and support implementation of initiatives to enhance overall customer experience quality
- Lead strategic clienteling activities to acquire and nurture VIP client relationships
