Richemont Chloé Stylist in Toronto, Canada – luxury retail sales advisor for customer relationship and omnichannel business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships, maintaining awareness of CRM targets and actively engaging in personalized reach-out campaigns
- Implement clienteling strategies, capturing detailed client data and managing the portfolio of VVICs and VICs assigned to the stylist
- Achieve sales and KPI targets through omnichannel services, store performance metrics, and consistent engagement in commercial activities set by store management
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and back-of-house appearance at all times, proactively communicating structural repair needs to management
- Support after-sales clients and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless luxury service experience
- Participate in store inventories, implement BOH management guidelines, and comply with all Richemont policies and standards
- Actively complete assigned trainings and participate in all promotional and commercial activities directed by store and headquarters management
- Monitor local trading environment and competitors' activities to inform sales strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build authentic client relationships
- Demonstrated sales competency and ability to meet KPI and CRM targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and clienteling tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards
- Team player with reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Retail sales or customer service experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment is preferred; however, motivated candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and demonstrated sales aptitude in any high-touch retail setting will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management, or business is an asset.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 24 per hour.
