Richemont is hiring a Temporary Stylist in Dubai — deliver personalised luxury styling and client service for a leading maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, matching merchandise to client needs and occasions.
  • Provide high-touch client service throughout the sales cycle: discovery, fitting, cross-selling and aftercare to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections, materials and maison heritage to articulate product value and provenance.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and capsule displays to present collections in a manner consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions and client records accurately using store POS and CRM systems; assist with appointments, clienteling and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the store team on stock management, fittings, reservations and client deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or personal styling, preferably within jewellery, watches, leather goods or high-end fashion.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and polished professional presentation.
  • Ability to manage confidential client information and demonstrate discretion with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Eligibility to work in the UAE for the duration of the temporary assignment.
