Richemont seeks a Stylist in Saint-Tropez — a client-facing luxury styling role in Richemont's boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly personalised styling and sales service to high-net-worth and local clientele, cultivating long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Conduct one-to-one appointments and private viewings, advising clients on product selection, fit, and styling combinations aligned with maison codes.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across relevant categories (apparel, leather goods, accessories or jewellery) and communicate craftsmanship, provenance and care guidance to clients.
  • Manage client records, follow-ups and appointment scheduling through the boutique’s CRM; ensure accurate sales documentation and after-sales support.
  • Support visual merchandising and window styling to uphold maison image and seasonal campaigns in-store.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on clienteling initiatives, trunk shows and private events to drive traffic and VIP engagement.
  • Process sales transactions, handle inventory checks and coordinate exchanges/repairs with the boutique’s service teams.
  • Monitor market and local competitor activity in Saint-Tropez and report client feedback and sales opportunities to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or personal styling, preferably with a maison or premium boutique environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a demonstrable record of building and retaining VIP clients.
  • Strong presentation and visual sense; ability to translate brand aesthetics into tailored client looks.
