Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships, with particular focus on VIP and VVIP portfolio management
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets within specified timeframes
• Consistently capture and maintain accurate client data and qualitative information to support relationship building
• Offer excellent customer service through omnichannel services to drive sales performance and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Actively participate in training programs and commercial activities established by store management and headquarters
• Ensure impeccable store environment, back-of-house cleanliness, and personal grooming standards throughout operating hours
• Proactively communicate with management regarding structural repairs or maintenance needs to preserve the luxurious retail environment
• Support after-sales clients and ensure follow-up service to maintain impeccable post-purchase experience
• Comply with all established Richemont policies, standards, and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele
• Proven sales experience in luxury retail environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and clienteling tools
• Detail-oriented approach to record-keeping and customer information management
• Commitment to maintaining highest standards of personal grooming and professional presentation

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in luxury fashion retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in fashion, retail management, or luxury goods preferred.
