Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Actively manage CRM targets and client engagement through personalized reach-out campaigns and clienteling tools
- Consistently capture and maintain detailed client data and qualitative information for VVICs and VICs
- Execute omnichannel sales strategies to drive business performance and achieve individual and store sales and KPI targets
- Maintain impeccable store environment, back-of-house organization, and personal grooming standards throughout operating hours
- Support after-sales clients and ensure comprehensive post-purchase service delivery
- Participate in staff training, commercial activities, and inventory management as directed by Store Manager or Area Store Manager
- Monitor local market conditions and competitive activities to inform sales strategies

Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium client-facing roles

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing roles is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets, managing VIP client portfolios, and delivering exceptional service in a premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in fashion, business, or hospitality is preferred.
