Chloe Stylist position at Richemont's New York store. Full-time retail role offering $21–$24/hr plus comprehensive benefits and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships with a focus on personalized engagement
- Manage portfolio of clients with particular emphasis on VVICs (Very Very Important Clients) and VICs (Very Important Clients)
- Execute personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize all clienteling tools to meet CRM targets within established timeframes
- Consistently capture and maintain detailed client data and qualitative information in CRM systems
- Achieve sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets through omnichannel service delivery
- Actively complete training programs and participate in all commercial activities coordinated by Store Management and Head Office
- Maintain impeccable store environment, back-of-house areas, and personal grooming standards throughout operating hours
- Proactively communicate any structural repair or maintenance needs to management to preserve the luxury retail environment
- Implement all guidelines related to store and back-of-house management and participate in inventory procedures
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support and follow-up to ensure clients receive impeccable service
- Support colleagues and management in achieving operational excellence
- Comply with all established Richemont policies, standards, and procedures
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and clienteling tools
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of luxury goods and fashion appreciation
- Fluency in omnichannel retail practices
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, customer-facing hospitality, or high-end clienteling is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework in fashion, retail management, or hospitality is advantageous.
