Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to weekly and monthly store targets by achieving individual sales and KPI goals, including units per transaction (UPT) and value per transaction (VPT)
• Cultivate and maintain exceptional client relationships to enhance loyalty and establish a personal client portfolio
• Engage clients through active listening, open questioning, and consultative selling to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and implement personalized client reach-out campaigns utilizing clienteling tools and CRM systems to drive repeat business
• Welcome clients across in-boutique, telephone, and email channels in accordance with ALAÏA brand standards and guidelines
• Maintain an advanced level of product knowledge, communicating the heritage, craftsmanship, and storytelling of ALAÏA collections
• Manage client data consistently within the CRM system, capturing qualitative information and client preferences for future engagement
• Address client service issues promptly by investigating root causes, proposing solutions, and escalating concerns to management as needed
• Participate in client events, training sessions, team meetings, and commercial activities as directed by store and area management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and a welcoming boutique environment aligned with luxury brand expectations
• Execute daily cash desk operations, security protocols, and inventory procedures in compliance with Richemont and local guidelines
• Support after-sales client services, including follow-up communications to ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Monitor competitive landscape and local market dynamics to inform sales strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years of proven retail sales experience in luxury fashion, accessories, or ready-to-wear retail environments
• Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques and clienteling methodology with a track record of exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele professionally
• Warm, engaging personality with a natural ability to build authentic client relationships and rapport
• Deep familiarity with ALAÏA's brand heritage, design philosophy, and positioning within the luxury market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and CRM systems
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Physical capability to stand and sit for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds regularly, and maintain flexibility for retail floor responsibilities

Experience

Minimum two to three years of progressive retail sales experience in a luxury fashion, accessories, or ready-to-wear environment, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention, sales target achievement, and boutique operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in fashion, business, or related field preferred but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 29 per hour.
