Stylist maternity cover position with Richemont/Chloé in Milan, Italy. Luxury retail, full-time, EUR 29.7K–34K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide personalized care to every client, cultivating long-term relationships built on trust and discretion
- Monitor and actively work toward CRM targets, implementing personalized reach-out campaigns utilizing all available tools
- Deliver exceptional customer service and elevate individual business performance through consultative selling
- Execute CRM tasks and client engagement initiatives within prescribed timeframes
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales and boutique operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

1–2 years of previous experience in retail sales and boutique operations within the luxury sector or similar service-oriented environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail, clienteling, or related fields is a valuable asset.
