Richemont seeks a Stylist in Miami to provide personalised luxury styling, build client relationships and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised styling and advisory services to a discerning clientele, translating brand aesthetics into tailored looks and purchases.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, appointment management and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to team performance through consultative selling and upselling of products and services.
- Manage private fittings, alterations coordination and order fulfilment with impeccable attention to timing and presentation.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories and communicate new arrivals, special editions and collaborations to clients.
- Support in-store visual and merchandising standards, ensuring displays, stock presentation and boutique ambiance reflect maison guidelines.
- Accurately record client interactions and preferences in CRM and handover notes to enable continuity of service across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, personal shopping or styling; typically 2+ years at a high-end brand or boutique.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for building rapport and reading client needs.
- Refined personal presentation and professional demeanour aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and events.

Mid-level experience in luxury retail or personal styling, typically 2–4 years delivering wardrobe consultation and client advisory services for high-end brands or boutiques.
Education
