Richemont is hiring a Stylist in Madrid: deliver personalised luxury styling and client advisory services for discerning clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations and private appointments for high-net-worth and retail clients, curating looks that reflect client needs and brand aesthetics.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive service, follow-ups and personalised product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance and client conversion by presenting product narratives, styling solutions and complementary accessory pairings.
- Collaborate with store leadership and visual merchandising to ensure presentation supports styling initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs; coordinate clienteling activities and personalised communications.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance on materials, craftsmanship and care; liaise with after-sales and alterations teams when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or personal styling, preferably within high-end fashion or accessory maisons.
- Impeccable visual sensibility and strong knowledge of contemporary and heritage-driven fashion brands.
- Demonstrable ability to build trust with high-value clients and to manage confidential client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a polished professional demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
- Flexibility for retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel for private appointments when needed.

Mid-level: typically 2–4 years of direct experience in luxury retail, personal styling or high-end client advisory roles, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
