Richemont is hiring a Stylist in Madrid — deliver personalised luxury styling and private-client services for a leading maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling consultations for private and walk-in clients, curating looks that integrate jewellery, watches and complementary accessories with clothing.
- Manage wardrobe curation and outfit planning for appointments, events and editorial shoots; coordinate fittings and liaise with tailoring services as required.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive outreach, appointment management and meticulous client records.
- Advise clients on product selection and combinations, leveraging deep product and category knowledge to maximise aesthetic coherence and purchase conversion.
- Collaborate closely with sales, visual merchandising and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation across client touchpoints and events.
- Support trunk shows, private viewings and VIP events with personalised styling services and on-site consultations.
Qualifications
- Professional training or diploma in fashion, styling, image consultancy or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge of luxury product categories, with proven ability to translate brand heritage into contemporary styling narratives.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills, discretion and a service-oriented demeanour appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Experience
Preferably 3+ years of professional styling experience within luxury retail, editorial fashion or a private-client context, with demonstrable results in personal shopping or high-touch client advisory roles.
Education
Diploma or degree in fashion, styling, visual merchandising or a related field; professional styling certifications or equivalent industry experience acceptable.
