Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised styling consultations and curated product recommendations to discerning clientele, both in-boutique and by appointment.

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across maisons and collections, ensuring accurate translation of features, provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through consultative selling, upselling and conversion of prospects into repeat clients.
  • Support stock management for styling inventory, coordinate sample logistics for appointments and ensure presentation standards are upheld.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, personal styling or client-facing roles (typically 2+ years) with demonstrable client development and sales outcomes.
  • Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence high-net-worth clients discreetly and professionally.
  • Impeccable visual sensibility, strong knowledge of fit, fabric and fashion trends, and an eye for editorial presentation.
  • Flexible availability to support evenings, weekends and private appointments as required.
  • Right to work in the UK and availability to work on-site in London.

Experience
