Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly store sales targets while actively managing individual and store KPI benchmarks
• Increase average transaction value and unit count through strategic cross-selling and upselling of ready-to-wear and accessories
• Cultivate and maintain exceptional client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Develop and implement personalized client engagement strategies to expand and nurture individual client portfolios
• Engage clients through active listening, discovery-based questioning, and needs assessment to ensure appropriate product recommendations and repeat visits
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive client book, capturing qualitative data and client preferences in the CRM system
• Execute personalized reach-out campaigns and omnichannel engagement activities within established timeframes
• Welcome and assist clients via boutique, telephone, and email correspondence according to ALAÏA service standards
• Address client concerns promptly, investigate root causes, propose solutions, and escalate complex issues to boutique leadership
• Participate in client events and after-sales engagement to reinforce relationship continuity
• Maintain mastery of product construction, materials, and brand heritage to authentically communicate the ALAÏA story
• Uphold ALAÏA grooming and presentation standards at all times
• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain a pristine, welcoming boutique environment
• Participate actively in team meetings, inventory management, and daily operational requirements
• Manage point-of-sale transactions and cash desk responsibilities
• Implement security protocols and maintain awareness of loss prevention best practices
• Stay informed of local competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury fashion, accessories, or ready-to-wear retail sales
• Demonstrated expertise in clienteling techniques and relationship-based selling methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Warm, approachable personality with ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele
• Deep engagement with and understanding of ALAÏA's heritage, design philosophy, and brand values
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email communication
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to maintain standing and walking for extended periods
• Flexibility to work open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capability to regularly lift boxes up to 20 lbs

Skills

Experience

Relevant experience in luxury fashion, accessories, and ready-to-wear retail sales with demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management and sales achievement. Prior experience in boutique or flagship retail operations is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 28 per hour.
