Stylist – ALAÏA Las Vegas | Richemont. Drive luxury retail sales and build exclusive client relationships as a boutique brand ambassador.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly and monthly store sales targets while maintaining awareness of individual and store KPIs
- Develop and enhance client relationships through personalized consultation, engaging clients with open-ended questions and needs assessment
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio; establish action plans to grow clientele and execute consistent follow-up strategies
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge of RTW and accessories construction, collections, and trends to effectively communicate the ALAÏA narrative
- Develop the client database and implement personalized reach-out campaigns utilizing available clienteling tools and omnichannel services
- Welcome and serve clients across in-boutique, telephone, and email channels according to ALAÏA service standards
- Actively participate in client events and address client concerns by investigating root causes and proposing solutions
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment
- Support all boutique operations including team meetings, inventory counts, cash desk management, and security protocols
- Uphold ALAÏA grooming standards and maintain professional appearance as a brand representative
- Provide exemplary after-sales service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in luxury fashion, accessories, and ready-to-wear retail sales and operations
- Demonstrated strong sales techniques and clienteling capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships quickly
- Comprehensive understanding of ALAÏA Maison heritage, values, and brand identity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems
- Ability to work flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods; capable of regularly lifting up to 20 pounds
Skills
Experience
Relevant prior experience in luxury fashion and accessories retail, with demonstrated competency in retail sales operations and client engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or luxury retail certification is valued.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 28 per hour.
